An about us page can be a lengthy page or just one paragraph. You can tell the customer as much as you want about your company.

But make sure you tell them something.

If you have been in business for 20 years, you need to tell people. That fact will make you much more credible than the company that was born last night. If you do not have a page detailing your company profile, people will assume you were born last night.

You should avoid big claims. Do not claim to be the biggest or best unless you truely are.

Don't try to make up or imbelish on the truth. You only need to offer as nuch as you like. There is no reason to tell people bad stuff.

If you cannot find a few good things to say about your own company maybe you should just close.

Not having a good about us or history page can be a critical mistake.
